AEOprobe in ChatGPT

Choose the supported connection

The live coding agent connection is for Claude Code and Codex. Those agents can help you ask about evidence, fix your own repository and recheck, with approval before each credit spend.

AEOprobe is not listed in ChatGPT's plugin directory yet. The ChatGPT page describes the current status.

Link your existing account

Once AEOprobe is listed, open it in ChatGPT and follow the account-linking prompt. Sign in to your existing AEOprobe account, review the requested permissions and choose Allow connection. Return to ChatGPT to continue.

A feature added later may require reconnecting to approve new permissions. Updating the integration alone does not expand an existing connection. Connect Google Search Console separately in AEOprobe; the ChatGPT link does not grant Google access.

Read saved evidence and request supported checks

Depending on approved permissions and account access, ChatGPT can read saved sites, audits, to-dos, visual findings, monitoring status, search evidence and your credit balance.

Ask it to show a saved audit or explain a finding with its evidence. Reading a saved audit does not start a new crawl. New audits, targeted rechecks or Search Console refreshes require your deliberate request and the relevant permission. A search refresh also requires an active Google connection. Review credits and access before confirming a check.

ChatGPT does not buy credits, change billing, connect Google accounts, edit monitoring schedules or publish changes to your site.

Read the limits and data permissions

Check the audit timestamp and search reporting window. Readiness scores are technical heuristics. They do not measure ChatGPT mentions or guarantee citations. Permission to crawl does not prove a crawl. A change in saved search numbers does not establish that a fix caused it.

Only account-owned data accessible under your approved permissions is returned to the host. AEOprobe does not receive your full ChatGPT conversation through the integration. OpenAI handles returned information under its policies and your settings. Read the connection privacy disclosure.

Disconnect or get help

Revoke access in ChatGPT connection settings, and remove the integration in ChatGPT if desired. Disconnecting preserves your saved AEOprobe work. For an expired connection or missing permission, follow account linking again.
