1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AEOprobe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AEOprobe provides website auditing tools that analyze how AI search engines interact with your content. The Service includes free and paid tiers with varying feature sets.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to audit
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Transmit malicious code, malware, or otherwise attempt to compromise the Service
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

4. Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to the Service are owned by AEOprobe or its licensors. You retain ownership of any data you submit (such as URLs and audit inputs), but grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the Service.

Audit reports generated by the Service are provided for your personal or internal business use. You may share individual reports but may not systematically redistribute report data.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audit results will be complete or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEOprobe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
