What does a free account show?

Who can buy a credit pack?
Only customers with an active Watch or Pro plan can buy a credit pack. Packs add extra credits for when the monthly ones run out. Bought credits stay valid for 12 months after purchase, even if your plan ends. Monthly credits are used first. Bought credits can still pay for audits and rechecks after your plan ends. They do not open the full lists without an active Watch or Pro plan.
Can I monitor extra sites?
Watch includes 3 sites at €7/month, with extra sites at €2 each per month for weekly monitoring. Pro includes 10 at €21/month, with extras at €3 each per month for weekly or daily monitoring. The maximum is 100 total sites. Extra sites do not add credits. Review purchase availability in your account. Increases are prorated after payment. Reductions take effect at renewal without refunds.
What counts as one connected site?
example.com and www.example.com count as one site. Other subdomains count as separate sites. A saved site counts toward your plan while you verify it with Google Search Console. One-off audits can check any public URL and do not count toward your sites.
When do credits renew?
Free credits arrive on the first of each UTC calendar month. Watch and Pro credits follow the paid subscription period. Unused credits expire when the period ends and do not carry over. Starting a paid plan ends unused Free credits and grants Watch’s 150 or Pro’s 250. Spent credits stay spent. Upgrading from Watch to Pro keeps your unused Watch credits and adds 100. The total granted in that billing period is then 250. Each billing period has one plan allowance. If renewal payment fails, your plan and extra sites stay active while payment is retried for up to 7 days, and new monthly credits arrive only after successful payment. If payment has not succeeded after 7 days or retries stop sooner, your account moves to Free. Monitoring, search data and imports never use credits.
What happens to sites after a downgrade?
The oldest included sites stay active. Connected work pauses on excess sites, and all history remains available. You can change the active selection in Connected sites in your account. Paid-tier changes take effect at renewal without prorations.
Can I buy Watch or Pro?
Your account shows whether Watch and Pro can be bought. The free audit works today.
Can I buy a plan inside ChatGPT?
No. Plans are bought through your account on aeoprobe.com. The Claude Code and Codex connection is live. AEOprobe is coming to ChatGPT's plugin directory. Neither connection buys plans for you.
Do I have to connect Google?
No. Search Opportunities works from an uploaded Search Console export. You can also connect Google Search Console to verify your site and import search data. A free account shows the totals and the first 5 rows. Watch and Pro show Search Performance and Search Opportunities in full. AI visibility uses your uploaded Google AI report.
What happens if I cancel?
Access continues through the paid period and you won't be charged again. Unused monthly credits expire with the paid billing period and do not roll over. After that your account shows the free list. Your saved findings and to-dos are kept and show again when you pay.
Will a better score get us cited by AI?
No plan can guarantee indexing, rankings, traffic or AI citations. Rechecks show whether the technical findings changed.
